What Is It Like Attending Capital Audiofest 2024?

Capital Audiofest 2024 and the new Acora Speakers

Last weekend in DC was a huge show of HiFi releases at the Rockport Hilton. Attendees were greeted with a fairly large display of audio brands and product presentations, including more affordable speakers from Acora Acoustics, the new Brama series from Vinnie Rossi and the new wireless Utopia speakers from Focal & Naim.

It was an event. Both in terms of the quality of listening rooms, but also a well-behaved crowd with an energy and excitement for HiFi that really just brings the whole weekend together. For more first-hand experience with impressions, thoughts and the best sounds of the show, Season 11 Episode 3 for The Occasional Podcast is now live. Joined by two Marcs and the father/son duo of Craig and Grover Neville, the latest from the HiFi podcast gives a full rundown for Capital Audiofest 2024 with all the new product launches, best bang-for-the-buck and more.
