Noble Audio Adds FoKus Apollo Pro To The Lineup

Noble Audio FoKus Apollo Pro Wireless Headphones

Noble Audio has announced the new FoKus Apollo Pro, a limited-run flagship version of the company’s hybrid wireless headphone platform that first debuted with the original FoKus Apollo. Scheduled to make its public debut this weekend, the new model builds on Noble’s previous over-ear design with updated acoustic tuning, revised materials, and refinements aimed at the premium wireless headphone market.

The FoKus Apollo Pro continues to use Noble’s unusual hybrid driver configuration, pairing a dynamic driver with a planar magnetic driver in a single wireless headphone design. Noble says the arrangement is intended to combine the low-frequency impact and physicality of a conventional dynamic driver with the speed, clarity, and detail retrieval associated with planar magnetic technology. The original FoKus Apollo was one of the first wireless over-ear headphones to implement this type of hybrid architecture, helping the model stand apart in a category largely dominated by more traditional dynamic-driver designs.

According to Noble, the Apollo Pro introduces revised acoustic tuning intended to further refine tonal balance and presentation. While the company has not disclosed major hardware changes to the underlying wireless platform, the headphone still utilizes Qualcomm’s QCC3084 chipset and maintains compatibility with the Noble FoKus companion app for EQ adjustment and playback customization.

Physically, Noble appears to be focusing much of the “Pro” treatment on materials and overall finish quality. Updated fabric surfaces, revised gunmetal accents, upgraded cabling, and new ear pad materials are all part of the redesign. The company also notes improvements to portability through more compact packaging, while adding spoken voice prompts for operational feedback in place of traditional tones and alerts.

The original FoKus Apollo earned attention in the audiophile headphone space for attempting to merge enthusiast-oriented sound quality with modern wireless convenience, including ANC, Bluetooth 5.3 support, LDAC and aptX HD codec compatibility, and extended battery life. The new FoKus Apollo Pro is expected to launch globally beginning May 16 through Noble’s website and select retailers, with pricing set at $699 USD.
