No need to go into too much depth here, but some mid week thoughts on the new flag ship from Jerry Harvey (courtesy of Astell and Kern) are up on our YouTube channel. Long story short, things sound really really good. Price is a bit spicy at $2,499, but it seems that Jerry has really put together all his tech tricks into one very solid package with the Layla.     Didn’t like the Roxanne at all, they were very heavy (each) and wouldn’t stay sealed if you moved around much. The phone sounded jumbled and phase related with some amps, downright fantastic on others.
